Trying to catch up!

Here is the finish of the 3rd clue in the MysticLight KAL. I'm using Schaefer Anne in the Mediterranean Sunset color with 4.5mm circular Options needles.
It is getting too wide for me to stretch out the entire shawl so here is half of it pinned out. I don't know that I am totally happy with the stitch definition with this pattern. There have been some better choices made that show the pattern and stitches much better. I finished clue 3 on Friday after Clue 4 was released last Wednesday. I have about 4 rows done of Clue 4 and Clue 5(final clue) is to be released tomorrow. I will finish this shawl!
These are the Leafling Socks which are the latest installment of the STR Sock club 2008. I am somewhat up to date with this years kits but still have 3 or 4 more the knit up from the previous 2 years. These socks are into the gusset. Slowly but surely getting them finished.
These are the Lilac socks that are pictured on the home page of the TownsendSocksKnitALong yahoo group. I'm using Dream in Color Smooshy in Cool Fire. I think they will turn out very pretty. Love this yarn! It's my first time using it. I purchased it from The Loopy Ewe.
That's all for now. I hope I can get going on these three projects as I have lots more to start and also finish up!

The Harlot comes to town!

Saturday, April 5th was the evening Stephanie Pearl-McPhee was in Lexington, Ky at Joseph-Beth Booksellers on tour to promote her latest book, Things I Learned from Knitting...whether I wanted to or not.

Here we are holding each other's socks!
It was also a great evening because I got to hook up with a friend that I only knew from some of my Yahoo groups, Peggy. Scroll down to the April 7th entry to see a picture of us together at Joseph-Beth.
